Cancellation Policy:

Credit card required when booking. $50 fee for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice.

Rates:

Cabot Room $125.00 plus tax per night (off season $110.00 plus tax).

Matthew Room $ 105.00 plus tax per night (off season $90.00 plus tax).

Features cable TV, private bathroom with shower, & breakfast
Rent both the Cabot & Matthew Rooms for $210.00 plus tax or off season for $175.00 plus tax

Bristol Quarters $ 135.00 plus tax per night (off season $120.00 plus tax).

An efficiency unit with cable TV, full private bath, private entrance/deck, kitchen, & laundry room with washer/dryer

Visa & Master Card are both accepted.
